Welcome to Potenco Properties
Meet Yolande Pot-Vissers
Yolande was born in The Hague, The Netherlands. Most of her married life she spent in Southern Africa. They operated and owned hotels and restaurants in South Africa and Europe.
In 1995 they decided to sell up their business and retire back in South Africa (Somerset West, Western Cape).
A few “retired” years passed by, Yolande missed the contact with her guests and started her experience in Real Estate. After 3 years she commenced her own company “Potenco Properties CC”, which she has been operating successfully since 2000.
Yolande’s goal is to find her clients’ key to their home that embraces them, so they will have a “graceful way of living”.
In Europe she also visits her clients at their homes to establish what type of home in South Africa suits them best.
“Potenco Properties” is well known for their “after sales” which helps the new owners to settle in.
Yolande is up to date with a NQF5 (qualification that must be completed by principal estate agents) and is able to converse in English, Afrikaans, Dutch, German and French.
